What is integrative Coaching?
Integrative coaching is guiding
people to look at what they truly want in all areas of
their lives and create the necessary plans and
structures to lead them to the fulfillment of their
greatest vision of their lives. Integrative coaching
assists people to accept all aspects of themselves,
integrate these aspects, and use these skills and
abilities to redirect their focus toward their own
empowerment and creation of their best life.

What is life coaching?
The process of supporting an
individual to create the life they choose.
Who works with a coach?
In short anyone who wants to live
their greatest possible life. Coaching is a growing
profession and a tool used by those who desire to
develop their untapped potential, increase their
self-esteem, raise their self awareness and live their
greatest life. Coaching helps successful people reach
their goals faster and easier.
How long is the process?
The coaching process is 16 weeks
and we take you through a process of Prepare It,
Dream It, Plan It and
Live It.
In the Prepare It
phase you become aware of areas that need higher levels
of responsibility, setting and maintaining boundaries,
being in integrity and keeping your word, this phase is
completed with on an integration session, that heightens
your awareness in self-love and self-sabotage.
In the Dream It
phase you will challenge and change past beliefs
that are no longer serving you, create and develop
an inspiring vision, discover ways to develop the
necessary qualities for the life you truly desire. This
phase will end with an integration session that assists
you to create more optimism.
The Plan It phase has
you; evaluate where resistance is happening;
develop a specific goal, plan and a structure; uncover
and deal with self-sabotage. It is integrated with
a session that increases your ability to make more
empowering choices.
In the Live It
phase you will heighten your gratitude, develop your
integrity, increase your self-esteem and aspire your
life to excellence, here you are living the life you
truly desire.
How long is each session?
45 minutes to 60 minutes each week.
What can I expect from my coach?
You can expect a safe place to
explore your life and any obstacles, you can expect
non-judgmental support, with empowering feedback, you
can expect to be held accountable and to receive support
and encouragement all of which will promote your self
confidence and create your best life.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
In therapy the focus is on the past, it is feeling
driven often by emotional pain where the client is in
turmoil or chaos; the client needs help and is seen as a
patient. The relationship is an agent of change for
resolving issues.
In coaching the focus is on the present and future,
it is vision driven sometimes by frustration. The client
is an agent of change and is seen as a partner. It is a
focused process that solves problems.
